Windows Intune with Windows Desktop Operating System 20% Discount Promotion
Terms and Conditions
Promotion Description: Customers who purchase a new qualified device from a participating Microsoft authorized reseller during the Promotion Period are eligible to receive a promotion code entitling them to a 20% discount on the purchase of a new qualifying Windows Intune subscription through June 28, 2013. A qualified device is any device that can be managed by the qualifying Windows Intune subscription. A qualifying Windows Intune subscription is a subscription for Windows Intune with Windows Desktop Operating System.
Promotion Period: Customers must purchase a qualified device between 12:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time on January 1, 2013 and 11:59 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time on May 31, 2013. Associated Windows Intune subscriptions must be purchased by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time on June 28, 2013 at which time the promotion ends.
Promotion Availability: Offer available in all geographies where Windows Intune is currently sold.
Promotion Limitations: The offer is only applicable for new qualifying subscriptions purchased in conjunction with a promotion code. Existing Windows Intune subscriptions, including trial subscriptions and renewing subscriptions, are not eligible for this promotion.
Promotion Codes
Redemption: Customers must register for the promotion and submit their promotion codes on this website. Upon registering, the customer will receive an email with a link and instructions to complete the purchase process of the qualifying Windows Intune subscription.
Redemption Limits: Customers may purchase up to a maximum of 100 user licenses per customer, as set forth in the table below. Each promotion code is a single use code and cannot be reused.

Additional Terms
Continuing Discount: Customers who keep their monthly payments for their qualifying subscriptions current will continue to enjoy the 20% discounted pricing after the promotion ends and will be able to renew their subscriptions at the then-current pricing minus the 20% discount.
This offer is non-transferable.
Microsoft reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time. Customers who have already purchased subscriptions through the promotion will continue to receive the discounted subscription price per Continuing Discount section above.
